TERMS AND CONDITIONS

DELIVERY
Delivery is ex-stock for everything except kits, which are dispatched a maximum of three days from receipt of order. Out of stock webshop items have ‘Out Of Stock’ in red alongside their description and the associated ‘Buy Now’ button is disabled to prevent purchase. UK deliveries of small items are sent by second class mail. Kits and bulky items are sent by Parcel Force Standard 3-5 day service.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Any product cancellation claim must be made within the Distance Selling Regulations period of 7 days from receipt of goods. All returns must be authorized by Apache Aviation, prior to being sent back. Kits will be subject to a repackaging and inspection charge of £10, if they have been opened and unpacked. Any damaged parts will be charged at cost of replacement. Credit card refunds will only be processed against the card used for the original purchase.

WARRANTY
All Apache Aviation products are guaranteed to be free of defects for a period of 12 months from date of purchase (2 years for ignition systems). Warranty claim returns must be authorized by Apache Aviation prior to being sent back. Ignition system returns must include all accessories originally supplied with the system to facilitate complete testing on receipt by Apache Aviation.

PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
Apache Aviation does not retain any customer financial or credit/debit card details on a computer or hard copy. Order data received by telephone is, temporarily recorded on a single order sheet, only used for input to a card processing terminal and is then destroyed.
