About this deal
Chaos Leviathan weapons fixed.- The range of the Grav-flux bombard increased from 18” to 24”, bringing it in line with the Imperial version. It’s still worse since it can’t have a legion trait, and it still costs the same. The Deimos Pattern is an early type of Vindicator used by the Space Marine Legions during the Great Crusade and the Horus Heresy, although many are still operational in the service of Space Marine Chapters in the 41st Millennium.
Though short-ranged, the Vindicator's Demolisher Cannon is capable of destroying enemy armour and fortifications in a single shot. The vehicle is an essential part of any armoured spearhead that the Space Marines unleash. There is little that can stand before a Vindicator's pulverising fury. It is a rare Space Marine tank assault that does not employ a Vindicator in its vanguard. The big change here is one that we’ve all been waiting (hoping) for and one that has been foreshadowed several times in places like other FAQs and the Battleforge roster builder in the GW 40k app – Death Guard and Thousand Sons can now take Forge World units. Gorget of Eternal Hate – The bearer gets +1 to their armour saving throws, has a 4+ invulnerable save, and the first time they’re destroyed, before you remove them from play, roll a D6 for each enemy unit within 3”; on a 2-5 they take D3 mortal wounds, on a 6 they take 3 mortal wounds. This is most powerful on a Lord Discordant, where your native 2+ Save becomes extra valuable and your large base makes the explosion harder to avoid. B+ During the first battle round, your army (and every unit from it) is engaged in Wanton Destruction. Outside of urban combat, the Vindicator also sees a limited role in tank warfare, with many armoured thrusts containing at least one Vindicator for close-quarter engagements. So how do you want to load these guys out? Well you’ve got a few options, though you’re still probably only taking a single big unit: You can include KHORNE BERZERKERS units in a CSM Detachment, using their datasheet from Codex: World Eaters (or, at the time of this writing, White Dwarf #477), in which case they are always Elites. Their faction keywords become CHAOS, KHORNE, HERETIC ASTARTES, TRAITORIS ASTARTES, and
