Don’t leave it for more than 15mins I hate to give this product a bad review, it’s good if you leave it for 15 mins, it helps your hair look healthier and your curls more bouncy. If your curls are looking limp, lifeless and less tight than normal, they're probably missing some protein! But I made the mistake of leaving it on for the max period of 1 hour (and the product does say up to 1 hoir) and my hair started falling out in chunks, and getting all tangled up from the fallen trapped hair, clearly it stressed out my scalp and I do have very fin le hair- I hope my scalp recovers from this mess.
