The creators of Depth Charge recommend using it for an Old Fashioned but I tried it with a few simple mixers to see how it fared.The guava is juicy and tropical, the banana is ripe and distinct, but the overall blend carries itself with a sophistication and balance you might not initially expect. It does what it says on the tin, and as a massive fan of Cherry Coke, this mixed with cola delivered a massive hit of nostalgia and I really dig it. You can really take in the flavours of black pepper and Star Anise, topped off with a hearty helping of fruit.
