Use freeze-dried cherries in cereals, porridge, cakes, cookies and for topping desserts, shakes and smoothies. Sour cherries, also known as tart cherries, are dark-red and, compared to sweet cherries, more acidic, smaller, and juicier. Eating sour cherries before and after training may prevent muscle sores and also accelerate the post-workout regeneration process. As soon as the sweet and sour cherries are shrunk into small, freeze-dried fruits, they are sent to the packaging station.
