Boasting a warm, radiant amber hue, it offers a complex symphony of flavours, from lush tropical fruits to distinctive notes of spice, honey, and dark chocolate. There are nine stills at the distillery, and this is based around coffey still rum, and double wooden pot still rum. On the nose this rum has scents of dried tropical fruit with aromas of caramel, butterscotch and molasses. However as I have continued to work my way through the bottle I have grown disappointed with it's rude rough fiery notes.
