Waiting for that wonderful forest walk stage to come, and to grasp for the wild roses in the meantime, we feel quite betrayed by this new oakmoss which seems to never really completely leave behind the "urine" phase, despite the effect is slight, way subdued, and buried under a cloud of soft, mellow musk, mixing with dried rose petals and chamomile. AE is none of these: it makes its presence known, shows a depth that it is rarely found even in the most flossy of current niche fragrances, and has qualities that immediately make the wearer feel wrapped up and comforted (even if its over-application comes at the expense of the wearer's company).
