About this deal

Councillor Kevin Guy, leader of council, said: “We’re moving ahead with the partial demolition of the Avon Street multi-story car park as part of the wider Bath Quays project. The length of time a person has been resident in the UK has been calculated from the time a resident most recently arrived in the UK (excluding holidays/short stays outside the UK). The area containing Avon Street, Bristol contains a higher-than-average level of social housing - 51% of household spaces.

Please consult the facility's map page or your preferred route finding/GPS app for driving directions. Overall, the UK considers itself to be healthy - 82% of residents rated their health as Very Good or Good. Avon Street touches on the well to do and the not so well to do, and intersperses their lives in a manner which is very readable, and ultimately highly believable. This may have been influenced by how people perceived their health aginst the backdrop of the pandemic. The accommodation is very well presented, and downstairs there is a separate sitting room, and then a dining room that leads to the kitchen. The enclosed garden to the rear is a very generous space and is laid to lawn and terrace, flanked with mature trees and shrubs. Specialist student accommodation developer and operator Victoria Hall Management Ltd, with the support of the University of Bristol, is seeking to deliver purpose-built student apartments across two sites adjacent to the forthcoming Bristol University Temple Quarter Enterprise Campus. The book definitely did a good job of conjouring up a Victorian atmosphere - and it managed to create a strong visual image in my mind.

This address within the Kingsmead ward showed a higher-than-average concentration of student residents - 58% of the resident population. I have really enjoyed it, the characters are believable, there is a good side and a bad side but neither is perfect in its role, making the individuals much easier to feel a connection with and to care about. The novel was a little slow at times and occasionally lacked a little narrative drive, but the plot ends were all resolved satisfactorily. Being a local resident in the city I obviously found the setting really interesting, but you don't need to know Bath to enjoy this book.Avon Street really took me there, back in time, I cared about the people and what happened to them-- a rare gift for an author to create good plots and characters. This is a novel about a gang of criminals and extortioners in Bath in 1850 and how their victims try to fight back against them, in the face of indifference or active corruption from the local police and high society. And asked if it is fate, destiny, or simply change that brings them together, each of them would have a different answer.
