From Cornwall's first plough to bottle distillery, Aval Dor Vodka has won the prestigious double gold medal in the San Francisco World Spirits Competition for two consecutive years 2020 and 2021.This superbly smooth vodka is distilled in small batches, on a column still and is wonderfully silky. Colwith Farm Distillery's Aval Dor Cornish Vodka is crafted in small batches from the farm's own delicious Cornish potatoes. Inspired by the roast potato, we’ve created a savoury vodka that marries the flavours of freshly picked Cornish rosemary, grown at The Eden Project, with fresh bay from our kitchen garden, and the warmth of black pepper.

Aval Dor Cornish Vodka is a world class Vodka - soft and clean with sweet, creamy vanilla undertones. At Fowey Valley we pride ourselves on masterfully handcrafting all our spirits from scratch, right here at our distillery in Cornwall. Dowr is a bright and smooth vodka, which has been gently double distilled from the copper pot still in small batches.Crafted from scratch using potatoes grown by 5th generation farming brothers, Aval Dor represents the best of Cornish provenance and authenticity. Stafford Dustow (as in their original Stafford's Gin) moved to Colwith Farm, near Lanlivery in 1904. Aval Dor Vodka is brought to us from Colwith farm, where they grow various different crops, in particular potatoes! Producing premium spirits represented the perfect way to add value to the crops produced on Colwith Farm.

Even the water used in the production process rises from an aquifer situated beneath the distillery. They’ve made huge strides to be as sustainable as we possibly can be - with their distillery powered entirely by renewable energy - but this would mean nothing if they weren’t producing a world class vodka.This bottle of premium vodka has been carefully produced from the finest King Edward potatoes grown on a family farm.
