The images have been taken from original watercolours from some of Quentin Blakes’s most loved picture books. He has won many prizes, including the Hans Christian Andersen Award for Illustration, the Eleanor Farjeon Award and the Kate Greenaway Medal, and in 1999 he was appointed the first Children’s Laureate. Limited to a production of 90 and numbered in pencil but not signed, this print is supplied with a Certificate of Authenticity, and is presented in a double bevelled conservation mount.

Each print is hand stamped with Quentin’s ‘90th birthday’ logo and hand embossed with the Official Collector’s Edition seal. The pictures are big and bright enough to capture her attention, while the rhyme is interesting and engaging, all without being over stimulating. He is also the winner of the Hans Christian Andersen Award for Illustration and in 1990 was voted 'The Illustrator's Illustrator' by Observer Magazine.
