"Babylon Was Built on Fire / StarsNoStars" is explicitly about an apocalypse in some of its live performances, but the album version leaves out the apocalyptic lyrics. Interestingly, this makes the meaning of the lyrics ambiguous; "StarsNoStars" ("The brightest night I ever saw / Across an empty parking lot / No stars") can be read in the context of the album, which is overall a lament for the destruction of empty spaces by urban development and military action, as an observation about light pollution. In Pokémon Stadium 2, he is simply known as Rival (Japanese: ライバル Rival). It may be a good idea to have all your Pokémon levels 70-80, but, with type advantages, it's possible with low level Pokémon too (levels 40-65). If you have a level disadvantage, it's a good idea to have moves which do a fixed amount of damage regardless of stats like Toxic, Sandstorm, Seismic Toss, etc.
