And we love trying new biscuits. So imagine our excitement when we discovered GIANT BISCUITS at Morrisons supermarket!

Bourbon biscuits: These yummy biscuits are blended into crumbs and combined with other ingredients to make the cake batter. Delicious gooey jam, sandwiched between two giant shortbread biscuits and shaped to look like the British classic, the Jammy Dodger! It doesn't get much better than that and we know you'll love this giant biscuit recipe.
